Job summary

ACT Fulfillment, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Operations management team in daily activities and task assignments for warehouse staff. The role involves identifying efficiency improvements and reporting daily performance to leadership.

The position emphasizes training of new employees, adherence to safety rules, accurate handling and shipping of stock, and maintaining equipment in good condition. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of WMS is preferred.
Basic math skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Work experience in a multi-shift operations environment is a plus.
Bilingual – English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assign daily work to warehouse associates to keep operations running smoothly.
Identify areas for improvement and report daily efficiency to management.
Address employee inquiries and ensure productivity expectations are met.
Oversee completion of duties and assist employees as needed.
Communicate job expectations, processes, and requirements for new employees; participate in training.
Lead training of new employees and ensure proper use of equipment.
Advise on handling, storing, and shipping stock; verify items received, stored, and shipped.
Keep equipment in a neat, clean, and safe condition and report issues.
Maintain daily communication with management about activities and safety compliance.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
