Job summary

Idi-Distributor is seeking a Warehouse Lead to help manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and supervise inventory activities. The role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and customer service.

You will coordinate with DC management to maintain efficient flows and train team members for peak performance. The position requires 2-4+ years in warehousing, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail to support shipments from the Charlotte facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to identify product numbers and alpha/numeric codes.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill orders via computer systems.
• Support delivery of goods to customer sites and confirm details.
• Load/unload and secure shipments for transport.
• Receive stock, put away, and report damaged goods.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Provide safe, compliant warehouse operations and train others.
