Job summary

SRS Building Products, a Louisville, KY location, is seeking a Warehouse professional to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution within our warehouse and branch settings. You will work to ensure accurate logging, timely loading, and safe operations while maintaining an organized environment.

The role requires forklift operation, familiarity with OSHA safety standards, and experience with inventory software. Spanish language skills and teamwork are valued in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is beneficial.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks, ensuring correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard, with focus on safety.
• Manage inventory with designated storage, rotate stock, and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely per guidelines.
