Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Inventory) in Ridgefield, NJ to lead inventory control activities and supervise the inventory team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role ensures accurate stock levels, conducts cycle counts, and maintains precise records in the WMS system.

You will drive process improvements, train staff, and coordinate with safety and quality teams to uphold standards. A High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of inventory/leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED; 3–5 years in inventory control or warehouse.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inventory control activities, cycle counting.
• Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform regular cycle counts and support full physical inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
• Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues quickly to minimize impact.
