CEVA Logistics is seeking an Inventory Depot Management Supervisor in Lawrence Township, USA. You will manage day-to-day warehouse inventory, train staff, and ensure accuracy and safety compliance.

The role includes planning assignments, monitoring performance, and driving LEAN improvements to cut costs. The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years supervisory or lead experience required.
• Two-year technical or college degree is a plus; bachelor's degree preferred with logistics/distribution focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations in the warehouse.
• Review stock status reports for item usage, including unusual demands.
• Supervise inventory staff; plan daily assignments and set goals for individuals and team.
• Enforce company policies on HR, safety, quality and environment.
• Provide on-site management and represent CEVA to customers.
• Create cost savings through LEAN initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyses of inventory topics for management.
• Maintain inventory database accuracy and correct errors.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance procedures.
