Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Lawrence Township, USA, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to perform inventory reconciliations, count activities, and identify discrepancies across the warehouse. The role supports warehouse handling operations with data entry into the WMS system.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; less than 1 year related experience.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to the Count Sheet template.
• Print Count Sheets in location sequence; conduct physical inventory counts and record results.
• Research discrepancies by cycle counting and check transaction history for last locations.
• Audit staging areas and perform empty location audits; report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed.
