CEVA Logistics in Ridgefield, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, releasing and inventory control in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Work hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm with overtime as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, a valid driver's license preferred, basic math, and English communication. You may stand long hours and lift up to 75 pounds; familiarity with WMS is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Valid state driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• 3 months to 1 year of warehousing experience required.
• Fast-paced environment: picking, packing, shipping, replenishing.
• Familiarity with WMS a plus; forklift certification possible.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20+ pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed; reliable on-site attendance.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts or extended hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and unload trucks; verify deliveries against orders and report discrepancies.
• Pick items according to tickets; locate and move products to picking totes.
• Pack orders, check for damage and accuracy, and label shipments.
• Release orders; palletize and prepare shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Cross-train in other departments when required.
• Assist other departments after completing department tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and safety/hygiene rules.
• Maintain safe work environment and participate in 5S activities.
