Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Ridgefield, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader to drive inbound and inventory activities, ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will lead and train inventory team members, monitor discrepancies, and coach the team to meet company standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of warehouse experience and prior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound activities from sellable products to consumables.
• Train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound activities and discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Perform regular inbound audits and maintain inbound records in the WMS.
• Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
