Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader in Ridgefield, NJ. You will lead inbound activities, supervise inventory teams, and ensure accurate stock levels and compliant procedures.

The role requires leadership, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with WMS and Excel. You will oversee audits, trainings, and process improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.2–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound activities from sellable products & packaging to consumables.
• Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound activities and discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Perform regular inbound audits.
• Maintain accurate inbound records in WMS system.
• Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize operational impact.
• Train employees on all inbound procedures and participate in 5S management.
