Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I at its Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. You will perform basic mechanical and electronic assembly, follow exact work instructions, and assist with inspection and testing in a fast-paced production setting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow within manufacturing. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential, with opportunities for shift flexibility and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ESD procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble basic mechanical or electronic components using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions and printed routers for routine assembly.
• Perform wire stripping, soldering, coil winding, and labeling tasks.
• Conduct basic inspections with measurement tools and document results.
