Job summary

OPC Arbre Farms seeks an Inventory and Invoicing Coordinator in Montana to manage inventory adjustments, billing, receiving and BOL reviews. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits after 60 days and paid vacation after 90 days.

Responsibilities include daily inventory reconciliations, issuing WMS release orders, creating/modifying item numbers, scheduling shipments, and serving as the primary contact for inventory and invoicing questions.

Qualifications

• Has broad knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving.
• Demonstrates strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excels at time management and prioritization in a fast-paced office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Education: High School diploma or GED; 5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders.
• Investigate and report day code/labeling issues daily.
• Adjust and correct inventory discrepancies daily.
• WMS production order invoicing and release orders daily.
• Create/modify item numbers and track shipments.
• Schedule shipping appointments daily and provide backup for receptionist duties.
• Reconcile petty cash, pallet accounts and prepare reports monthly.
• Prepare USDA invoice documents and annual/contract management tasks.
