Job summary

OPC is family owned and operates a network of processing plants nationwide. We are seeking an Inventory and Invoicing Coordinator to manage inventory adjustments, invoicing, receiving, and bill of lading reviews.

Responsibilities include daily invoicing tasks, resolution of discrepancies, and coordinating shipping schedules while providing backup support for reception duties and document preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving.
• Strong problem solving and detail orientation.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Investigate and report day code/labeling issues daily.
• Adjust and correct inventory discrepancies daily.
• Manage WMS production order invoicing and release orders.
• Create/modify item numbers and handle shipping appointments daily.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, request COAs, scan orders, and prepare BOMs for outbound shipments.
• Reconcile petty cash monthly and pallet accounts monthly.
• Generate monthly stock status reports to customers and manage contract documents.
