Job summary

Arvato is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory management and warehouse integrity. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Inventory Control teams to resolve issues.

You will help maintain accurate records, labeling, and product accuracy while contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Prior SAP/WMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Able to work independently and investigate discrepancies.
• Basic Excel/data-entry skills.
• Experience with WMS or SAP systems for inventory control is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts by A, B, and C SKU classifications.
• Physically count inventory and compare with WMS/SAP records.
• Research discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Validate SKU, quantity, location, lot/batch, and pallet information.
• Complete recounts and document findings.
• Investigate adjustments, mis-picks, shorts, overages, damages, and misplaced products.
• Maintain proper labeling and accurate cycle count records.
• Provide daily/weekly inventory accuracy reporting.
• Escalate recurring discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Assist with physical and annual inventories and customer audits.
