Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain cycle counts and liaise between customers and internal teams. You will manage SAP-based reports, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of inventory controls.

The role requires SAP/WMS experience, Excel proficiency, and 2+ years in a warehouse setting. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
• Proactively report ethics and compliance issues in line with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with Inventory Control Manager and Cycle Counters.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and documentation related to inventory and productivity.
• Ensure inventory integrity, resolve variances, and complete audit documentation.
