Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Cycle Count Coordinator to support inventory accuracy. You will perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist in inventory adjustments in SAP, maintaining accurate stock and bin locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of cycle counting experience (required).
• Basic math and analytical skills (required).
• Understanding of inventory control procedures (required).
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory accuracy.
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a filing system of cycle counting findings for audit readiness.
• Ensure materials are in correct locations and locate misplaced inventory.
• Report discrepancies and publish weekly/monthly metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Enter cycle counts and adjustments in SAP.
• Observe safety rules and support plant safety initiatives.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
