Job summary

Arvato is hiring an Inventory Analyst to maintain cycle counts, manage inventories across multiple SAP systems, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will coordinate with the Inventory Control Manager and counters, focus on inventory integrity, and ensure timely processing of client requests. The position requires SAP/WMS familiarity and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• SAP or other WMS experience is required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment with material handling equipment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Inventory control documentation experience including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Previous inventory administrator experience in a 3PL environment preferred.
• Must report ethics/compliance issues per company policy.
• Must process client data in line with contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from multiple SAP systems.
• Handle special projects and daily client requests; maintain daily communication with Inventory Control Manager and team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Inventory Control; prepare and deliver daily/weekly inventory and productivity reports.
