Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Las Vegas to maintain cycle counts, manage client requests, and liaise with the Inventory Control Manager and cycle counters. You will ensure inventory accuracy and assist with documentation and reporting across systems.

The role requires warehouse experience, SAP/WMS familiarity, and strong Excel skills. You will contribute to process improvements and enforce compliance with data handling policies in a dynamic 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse environment; prior experience operating material handling equipment (reach truck, cherry picker) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Inventory control documentation, including creating and reviewing procedures.
• Prior inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
• Proactively report ethics and compliance violations as per the company policy.
• Process personal/client data per contracts, guidelines, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle count records and customer report files from SAP systems.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters; handle client requests.
• Support continuous improvement of Inventory Control practices and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and docs.
• Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate transactions, monitor inbound/outbound components, and complete audits.
