Job summary

Our Organization is seeking an Inventory Clerk to verify and reconcile inventories across customers and suppliers, perform physical inventories, and prepare reports. The role interfaces with customer support, suppliers and customer management to resolve inventory issues.

Responsibilities include data entry into WM and SAP systems, cycle counts, and monitoring in-transit data for finance reporting. Prior warehousing and barcode experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years warehousing experience, preferably with barcode systems.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and Topex; SAP inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and enter data into customer and WM systems.
• Analyze data for root cause analysis using Excel.
• Monitor SAP-inventory data for finance reporting.
• Maintain cycle count data for management reports.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
