Trulieve in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to ensure 100% accuracy of store inventory, oversee product and patient transfers, and make daily recommendations for overages and shortages.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years of age, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a commitment to compliance with state regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and field experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy across all phases.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping/receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager.
• Follow audit programs and physical inventory procedures.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate accounts.
• Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
