Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining 100% inventory accuracy across store operations. You will oversee product transfers, weigh overages and shortages, and ensure state compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and timely cycle counts. Responsibilities include monitoring warehouse transactions, logging receipts, and coordinating inventory personnel while implementing company policies on controls.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, personnel, and support agencies.

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping and receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed.
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
• Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes for corrections.
• Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality per regulatory and HIPAA guidelines.
