Job summary

Trulieve is hiring an Associate Inventory Manager in Retail to support the General Manager with accurate store inventory and daily transfers. You will oversee transfers, improve stock control, and analyze shortages or overages in a compliant, HIPAA-conscious environment.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ age, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Expect up to 40 hours weekly with health benefits and a comprehensive PTO package.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and field experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory with accuracy across all phases of production.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping, receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are consistently accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as required.
• Follow audit programs and maintain integrity of records.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate accounts.
• Assist in scheduling inventory and compliance personnel.
• Make system adjustments and analyze root causes for fixes.
• Collect and file paperwork to ensure state compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines.
