Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining 100% inventory accuracy at the store level. You will oversee product transfers, daily processing, and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

This role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ years old, and strong MS Office skills. You will conduct cycle counts, audits, and assist in scheduling inventory personnel while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% accuracy of store inventory.
• Oversee product transfers and daily processing.
• Recommend transfers for overages/shortages.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits with GM.
• Assist scheduling of inventory personnel.
• Perform system adjustments and root-cause analysis.
