Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Atlanta to support the General Manager and ensure 100% accuracy of store inventory. Responsibilities include transfers, state compliance, and daily inventory controls.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 40 hours weekly with potential evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with various personalities.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping and receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed.
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
• Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes for adjustments.
• Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines.
