Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in the Retail department to lead store operations and supervise staff. You will manage inventory accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold excellent patient experiences.

The role requires a High School Diploma, prior cash handling, and ideally retail management experience, with strong communication and discretion. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends; salaried benefit packages apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior cash handling experience and preferably retail management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Manage inventory tracking and reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute and communicate SOPs; conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; implement corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff as a key-holding supervisor.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and handle patient issues professionally.
• Foster relationships with business partners and preserve confidentiality.
