Job summary

Trulieve in Miramar Beach, FL, is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in achieving 100% inventory accuracy across the store. You will oversee product and patient transfers, and make daily recommendations to address overages and shortages.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production.
• Monitor warehouse transactions (shipping and receiving, transfers).
• Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
• Perform cycle counts daily, weekly, or monthly as needed.
• Conduct inventory audits with the General Manager as needed.
• Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records.
• Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts.
• Assist in scheduling of inventory and compliance personnel as required.
• Perform system adjustments as required and conduct/root cause analysis for adjustments and corrective actions.
• Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulatory guidelines (HIPAA).
