Job summary

Trulieve is hiring an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and managing product transfers daily. The role requires ensuring transfers, audits, and state compliance are properly handled.

The position operates in a fast-paced retail environment with strict confidentiality due to HIPAA guidelines. Flexible scheduling may be needed; benefits include PTO and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficient with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure 100% accuracy of store inventory.
• Oversee preparation and processing of product transfers daily.
• Make transfer recommendations for overages and shortages.
• Maintain inventory compliance with state regulations.
• Perform cycle counts and audits; analyze root causes.
• Log receipts and documentation for accurate accounts.
• Coordinate scheduling of inventory and compliance staff.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in handling records.
