Job summary

Trulieve is hiring an Associate Inventory Manager to ensure 100% inventory accuracy at the store level. You will oversee product transfers, support the General Manager, and drive compliance with state regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Remote work is not available; standard retail hours apply.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory and ensure accuracy across the store.
• Perform cycle counts and audits as required.
• Monitor warehouse transactions and transfers.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and HIPAA.
• Assist scheduling and analyze root causes for adjustments.
