Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor warehouse inventory and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy across locations. You will maintain integrity within RMS and drive timely corrections of discrepancies while helping train staff on inventory best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Power equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts with timely reconciliations.
• Research discrepancies and correct inventory in a timely fashion.
• Audit compliance to procedures and report variances to supervision.
• Coordinate with departments to improve inventory accuracy.
• Communicate and resolve e-mails related to product flow and location exceptions.
