La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Kentucky is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy reflected in RMS. You will work to maintain inventory integrity and train staff in proper techniques.

Responsibilities include conducting physical inventories, researching discrepancies, initiating corrections, and coordinating with other departments to improve accuracy and turns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Power equipment experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Complete physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Conduct aisle location audits and correct discrepancies.
• Audit compliance and report variances; publish metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies and propose improvements.
• Coordinate across departments to improve accuracy.
• Respond to emails and confirm product flow status through the RDC.
