Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an Inventory Control Cycle Counter for North in Blacksburg, VA to perform ABC cycle counts and targeted stockroom counts, verifying part numbers and storage locations against ERP records.

Responsibilities include recounts, discrepancy research, and coordinating with receiving, stockroom, and production teams to document findings and submit adjustments. This role focuses on improving inventory accuracy and supporting production readiness.

• Verifying part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and storage locations against LN/ERP records; performing recounts; researching discrepancies by reviewing receipts, transfers, material issues, returns, and other relevant transactions
• Coordinating with kitting, receiving, stockroom, and production personnel documenting count results and investigation findings; submitting adjustment requests through the established approval process
• Identifying recurring inventory issues; supporting corrective actions and follow-up counts; and maintaining accurate, traceable count records.
• Will centralize cycle-counting responsibilities within Inventory Control and help improve inventory accuracy while allowing kitting teams to focus on material readiness and production support.

• The Inventory Control Cycle Counter will perform scheduled ABC cycle counts and targeted inventory counts across North's stockrooms.
