Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records at the location. You will manage product orders, receipts, bin locations, and cycle counts while monitoring the order selection process.

This role requires 1–3 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with ERP and TMS systems. It is an on-site position within a warehouse environment, with a 10:00 AM–6:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS and MS Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and enter information to maintain records.
• Coordinate activities of location inventories with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Initiate daily bin verifications and develop cycle count program; adjust inventory per policy.
