Job summary

ID Logistics US Reno site seeks an Inventory Control Clerk to work with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels, verify orders, and ensure all stock is properly accounted for. This role emphasizes precise record-keeping and adherence to procedures within a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, processing returns, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience; AA preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse terminology.
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets; strong math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Pull slow-moving or obsolete inventory for disposal, salvage, or donation.
• Process returned shipments and classify first-quality vs damaged inventory.
• Document all steps; ensure written records are signed and filed.
• Assist and coach teams during inventories to ensure integrity.
• Locate products in the system and correct records for discrepancies.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation per guidelines; report noncompliance.
• Follow GMP and safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.
