Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Romulus, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support offloading, receiving, shipping and storage of furniture products. You will perform bar code scans, track inventory, and operate power equipment like a forklift and cherry picker to move items safely.

Responsibilities include stocking inbound goods, fulfilling orders, recording locations in our inventory system, performing regular cycle counts, and keeping the warehouse clean while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in delivery, warehousing, receiving, packing or shipping.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products; record stock location in the system.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading and scanning outbound items.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required to meet company controls.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety regulations.
