Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, Inc., is seeking an on-site DC Inventory Coordinator at the Troy, Alabama facility. The role focuses on linking physical inventory with system records to maintain accuracy across production and supply chain teams.

You will investigate discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and support audits while upholding GMP, SQF, and food safety standards. Collaboration across operations and finance is essential.

Competenze

• Experience with inventory reconciliation and analysis.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and complete appropriate adjustments with supporting documentation.
• Review inventory transactions for accuracy and validate receipts, transfers, material consumption, production transactions, and finished goods records.
• Monitor inventory locations and help ensure system records align with physical inventory.
• Generate inventory reports and performance metrics to support visibility and decision-making.
• Support month‑end and year‑end inventory processes, audits, and compliance activities.
• Partner with Operations and Warehouse teams to strengthen inventory control processes.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and SQF standards.
