Job summary

DP World is seeking a dependable Inventory Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and product movement throughout our operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, solving inventory issues, and ensuring products are accurately tracked and stored in the correct locations.

As an Inventory Coordinator you will help maintain inventory integrity, research discrepancies, and support accurate product movement across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to accurately review orders and inventory documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, product identification, and location information.
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Identify, document, and report inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Track and properly document damaged products.
• Review customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and other inventory-related documentation.
• Determine products that need to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Move inventory from bulk containers, racks, and shelves to designated system locations.
• Help ensure inventory is properly organized and accurately reflected within the system.
• Support additional inventory and warehouse activities as assigned.
