Helen of Troy is hiring an Inventory Supervisor for our Olive Branch, MS Distribution Center. This 100% onsite role coordinates daily tasks, oversees inventory adjustments, and ensures accuracy across ADP records and scorecards.

The position requires 1+ year of management and 6+ years in inventory, with lift certifications and the ability to work in industrial conditions. Excellent teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• 6+ years of Inventory experience.
• Lift Certification (Order Picker) eligibility.
• Ability to work in industrial environments and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks in the Distribution Center and report results to the IC Manager.
• Adjust and sign-off on inventory adjustments within approval range.
• Maintain ADP records for associates, including absences and PTO.
• Coach, counsel, and document disciplinary actions.
• Assist with shift handoffs and nightly updates for the scorecard.
