Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in document control, quality assurance, records coordination, administrative support, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and shared electronic filing systems; ability to learn document management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the document control system for policies, SOPs, work instructions, specifications, forms, logs, and related records.
• Route documents through review and approval workflows and ensure necessary approvals before release.
• Issue current approved versions and archive obsolete copies to prevent misuse.
• Coordinate document changes with process owners, including change requests and training acknowledgments.
• Prepare records for audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Support onboarding and refresher training on document control procedures.
