Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, Inc., seeks an HR Manager for our Troy, Alabama manufacturing site. You will partner with plant leadership to drive talent strategies, recruit top talent, enhance engagement, and ensure safety and policy compliance while shaping a high-performing culture.

You’ll lead recruiting, performance management, training, and development initiatives, focusing on succession planning and data-driven HR improvements that support business goals and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3-5 years of HR leadership experience, preferred in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic recruiting plans to ensure the site attracts and hires top talent
• Partner with plant leadership to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
• Coach leaders on performance-related matters and employee development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
• Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate impactful training programs
• Drive initiatives supporting career growth and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Continuously enhance HR processes and policies
• Administer benefit programs and support compensation strategies
• Champion wellness initiatives that promote employee well-being
• Maintain HR records and deliver data-driven insights through reporting
