Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, handle cycle counts, stock parts, and coordinate deliveries while maintaining records and complying with policies.

You'll train and develop team members, assist with MAXI changes, and work closely with store management to ensure accuracy, security, and efficient service during day-to-day retail operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills.
• Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations.
• Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Complete cycle counts and keep accurate records.
• Assist with plan-o-grams and stocking of parts.
• Coordinate MAXI changes and write callbacks with store management.
• Train and develop team members under General Manager direction.
