Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support HUB operations under the General Manager. You will pull and ship HUB orders, perform cycle counts, stock parts, and help execute planograms while ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with policies.

The role requires retail experience, basic merchandising skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally. Forklift experience is a plus, and flexibility for varied hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Inventory management and merchandising basics.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Assist with cycle counts and MAXI changes.
• Stock parts and manage plan-o-grams.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory records.
• Train and develop team members under GM direction.
• Comply with laws and company policies.
• Open/close duties; assign tasks and ensure safety.
