Job summary

Johnstone Supply in Butler, PA is seeking a Warehouse Representative I to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping duties. You will use inventory systems and operate material-handling equipment as needed.

The role requires a valid multi-state driver's license and a high school diploma. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Receives and processes incoming product shipments and helps unload delivery truck.
• Ensures shipments are inspected and damages are noted and documented.
• Initiates records as products enter and leave the warehouse through a computerized inventory control system
• Stores products in proper locations.
• Receives, pulls, and properly prepares all customer orders.
• Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment when needed to store or pull inventory.
• Monitors equipment to ensure safety and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Helps load products on delivery truck or for customer.
• Ensures safety of the warehouse by keeping it clean and free of potential hazards.
• Assists with training of new employees.
