Vizor in Old Bridge, New Jersey is seeking a highly organized Logistics & Warehouse Inventory Coordinator responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating freight, and overseeing warehouse inventory. This role requires a solid understanding of logistics paperwork and inventory systems.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in logistics and strong attention to detail. Compensation includes an annual bonus, 401K, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning ERP, inventory, and shipping systems.
• Experience with freight shipments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents including packing lists and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with logistics carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and shipping systems.
