Job summary

Cesna-Recruitment is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our on-site team in Fort Lee, NJ. You will manage daily inventory, processing, and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of shipments.

The role is suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience, with hands-on training provided. Responsibilities include maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting monthly vendor reconciliations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Manage core inventory workflows, including item setup, receipt processing, stock transfers, and processing‑center transactions.
Monitor vessel and barge arrivals, record inventory receipts across multiple sites, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Review damaged or nonconforming materials and document quality‑control findings to support the claims process.
Review processing results, follow up with processing centers, and post related inventory transactions and invoices.
Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and provide comprehensive reports to the Supply Chain and Accounting departments.
Review third‑party warehouse storage invoices and dispute inaccuracies or overcharges as needed.
Compile inventory and shipment reports to support annual inventory tax filings.
