Job summary

Constellation Brands seeks a Planner, Inventory Deployment in Chicago to optimize short-term inventory deployment from breweries to the DC network, balancing costs with service, and ensuring sustainable performance.

You will work cross-functionally, monitor plan adherence, run scenario analyses, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the IBP framework. Three+ years in planning or logistics plus ERP/APS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in planning, finance, supply chain, production, or optimization
• Experience with ERP and APS software
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• APICS certification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory distribution across the network, including allocations from multiple production facilities, DCs, and direct-to-wholesaler assignments
• Perform analysis to balance cost-effective shipping with maintaining optimal customer service levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies for the upcoming production cycle
• Maintain planning parameters within systems to reflect real-world constraints
