Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Supply Planning professional to orchestrate national production across co-pack sites and ensure timely deliveries to distribution points.

You will utilize SAP IBP and other planning tools, monitor material and finished goods inventories, lead waste mitigation, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet service levels and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain planning.
• Proactive mentality with risk mitigation mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and influence over cross-functional operations teams.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of materials requirements planning, manufacturing planning, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Plan national production for assigned product lines at co-pack sites and ensure on-time delivery to distribution points.
• Utilize the IBP Planning Model to generate finished goods production plans and communicate with co-pack sites.
• Monitor inventories of raw materials and finished goods at co-pack sites to ensure proper rotation and availability.
• Lead waste mitigation efforts and special projects for assigned product categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, transportation, warehousing, and commercial teams to support new products and promotions.
• Provide ad hoc support for inventory planning across distribution centers.
