Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics execution, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• People manager experience, including leading, coaching, developing, and managing performance of teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of analysts; sets priorities, monitors performance, and builds capability in execution management and cross-functional coordination.
• Owns execution of operating plans across logistics functions; monitors performance and drives timely recovery actions.
• Establishes and leads operating cadences with reviews, action tracking, and escalation forums.
