Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a Supply Planner to optimize inventory levels and coordinate a cross-location supply network across the U.S. You will build strong supplier relationships, manage forecasts, and ensure timely deliveries while minimizing excess stock.

The role focuses on DOS management, cost-efficient purchasing, and collaboration with sales, demand planning, and operations to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and supplier management.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Act as the main contact for suppliers, manage contracts and resolve issues.
• Forecast demand and plan purchases to optimize order quantities and costs.
• Use data-driven insights to consolidate orders and reduce costs across locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving and stocking processes.
• Manage DOS (Days of Supply) across the network to balance demand and inventory.
• Review stocking strategies based on historical data and seasonal trends.
• Coordinate with sales, demand planning, and operations to avoid stockouts or overstock.
