Supply Planner

We are seeking a Supply Planner to ensure our drinks and supplements portfolio is supplied in full and on time while balancing inventory investment, service levels, and brand standards. This role translates demand into executable supply plans, manages inventory across partners and DCs, and drives operational readiness across manufacturing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and maintain rolling supply coverage
• Ensure product availability while optimizing safety stock and inventory levels
• Manage inventory across distribution centers and co packers
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation plans
• Coordinate capacity, production schedules, and lead times with manufacturing partners
• Support new product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activity with supply readiness
• Align with logistics on inbound materials and outbound shipments
• Track and report key metrics including fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, and stock outs
• Contribute supply insights and scenario planning to S and OP
• Maintain accurate BOMs and master data
• Drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management within CPG, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, variances, and inventory data and take action
