Job summary

Maine Optometry, P.A. is looking for an Inventory Clerk to support accurate inventory data entry, shipping, receiving, and coordination for the optical warehouse and lab at the Windham Support Center.

You will maintain pricing, frame and vendor records, assist with lab and warehouse operations, and generate reports to keep inventory information accurate and accessible for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills and ability to review information for accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately enter inventory, vendor shipments, frame details, and product information into OfficeMate and other company systems.
• Review inventory data for accuracy and promptly report discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain current product descriptions, vendor details, pricing, SKU data, and related inventory records.
• Support new frame launches, product updates, and monthly inventory reconciliation by entering, validating, and organizing required data.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory records to support accurate reporting and daily operations.
