Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dependable Cycle Counter to help maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts using RF scanners and manual methods. You will support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with shipping/receiving teams. You will report inventory discrepancies, assist with material handling, and contribute to safe, efficient storage and accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory management.
• RF scanners and order picking systems preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and math skills to maintain inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular inventory cycle counts using RF scanners and manual counting methods to ensure accuracy.
• Works with the shipping and receiving department to identify and resolve inventory issues.
• Assists moving materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Supports order picking and materials handling tasks, ensuring correct quantities and proper storage of items.
• Maintains organized storage areas by properly stacking and labeling inventory items.
• Documents discrepancies between physical counts and system records; report issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
